I’m going out of town for mostly business, and some pleasure. There is a conference for athletics academic advisors in… AUSTIN!!
I was inquiring about my travels, and since my sister lives in downtown Austin, I asked about the bus. This is her response, and I’ve highlighted the last two sentences, because I just love family. I’m sure everyone’s family has their quirks…
Dad will probably bring you down Friday and take me up to Gtown so I can get my shot. Then I thought maybe mom and I could come back down (dad said he may bring us down to dinner and such) on Friday night to stay. Then do family stuff Saturday night, bar/hookah…the typical family outing, I’ll probably stay in Austin.
Yes, we have enough cars, the question is has dad finally gotten the smell of white chicken chile out of mom’s car so that it is driveable.
